These Terms of Service govern your use of the Leap Forward Solutions LLC website and services. By booking a consultation, signing up for services, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Leap Forward Solutions provides credit education, credit report review, and credit repair services, including preparing and mailing dispute letters to the credit bureaus on your behalf and helping you understand and rebuild your credit profile. Our basic credit repair program is $129/month. We are a credit consulting firm, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee score increases, deletions of specific items, or timelines. Results vary by individual file. We operate in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
Billing and Cancellation
Consistent with CROA, we never charge upfront. We do not bill you until 3 days after signup, or until work begins on your file — whichever is later — unless you choose in writing to waive the waiting period and start right away. You may cancel your contract within 3 business days of signing, as described in your service agreement.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the documents we need to work your file.
- Maintain active credit monitoring while you are a client, so we can track bureau responses.
- Let us know when you receive mail from the credit bureaus about your disputes.
Text Messaging Program — Leap Forward Solutions Text Updates
When you opt in, Leap Forward Solutions LLC will send you text messages about your consultation and your credit repair service, including appointment confirmations and reminders, document requests, and updates on your file. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@leap4yourdreams.com or (503) 894-6121. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, including our commitment that no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date above.
